C4G is a training organization providing training to an average of 200 TRAINEES per month in Portugal. C4G providers diferente types of training:
With a trainer at a training room with technology such as white board. Training can be in Lisbon, Portugal for example, or in another country.
Due to COVID-19 C4G speacialized in ZOOM trainings using also its distance learning platform for trainees support.
Over 30 courses available at
e-learning.c4g.pt. Access to different tools and multimedia.

C4G aims to increase the quality of initial and continuing vocational education and training - IVET, CVET - mainly by developing a wide range of activities such as job shadowing and professional development courses for staff, traineeships in Lisbon Portugal and long-term placements - ERASMUSPRO - and other activities.

The relentlessness of both bullying and cyberbullying can be detrimental for the young generation, and the school staff needs to be equipped with the skills and knowledge to recognise and diffuse the harmful situations.
