Inclusion: giving equal access to everyone
Develop your skills and learn different and specific ways to approach and teach students with variant special needs, such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, as well as understand their needs and how to best integrate them in the classroom for a better learning experience.
Program
In this course you will be able to learn themes such as:
- Understanding specific learning difficulties (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia);
- Reading, writing and calculation difficulties: causes and symptoms;
- In the classroom: How to deal with the students facing learning difficulties;
- The role of the teacher: How to distinguish whether it is ADHD or bad behaviour;
- What it ADHD? Its symptoms and how to distinguish from bad-behaviour.
This course was made for teachers, school staff and personnel, youth workers, as well as any person working in the education system, who strive to increase their knowledge and develop their skills.
